With every product I build, I am looking to achieve the unconscious delight that a user gets from a “functional", "reliable", and “intuitive” product. I am also a firm believer that the only efficient growth strategy is "product-led growth" and that’s how I approach all my projects. Users don’t care about your product features, they care if you can solve their problems.

Skydo

Working with the founders, head of product and my colleagues to build a transparent cross-border payment solution for exporters. Personally I:

Set up Skydo’s core UX - Formulated a simple and compliant onboarding flow where exporters can open an international bank account in just 5 minutes. Designed and directed the exporter dashboard - where every feature is created on users need and their mental model.

Spearheaded product design on the Skydo platform. We have achieved PFM within 6 months of our product launch. New user: 3-5 organic users per day, Monthly transaction: 2 million USD

Built Skydo’s design language: Conversed with the founders and leads to define Skydo’s ethos, personality, voice, archetypal mix and attributes - to build Skydo’s stylescape.

Core part of R&D - spoke to 100+ exporters before building the product, to identify our niche - We created a user journey & affinity map to identify their core problems, behaviour and patterns.
